Order Processing and Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped by 4:00 PM CT. In cases of high order volume, inventory restocking, or warehouse closures, shipping may take up to 2 days from the order receipt.
United States Orders
（1）Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25 within the contiguous United States.
（2）Standard Shipping Service : USPS GROUND: 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
（3）Expedited Shipping Service: USPS Priority: 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
（4） Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
（5） We want to get your order out as quickly as possible. Our cutoff time is 4:00 PM CT.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri): Ship the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM CT: Ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM CT on Friday: Ship the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday).

- Free shipping is available to most countries in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and selected destinations once the order amount meets the required threshold.
- For certain destinations (e.g., Canada, Switzerland, Brazil, South Africa), a small shipping fee may apply due to higher carrier costs.
- Delivery times typically range from 7–20 business days, depending on destination and local customs clearance.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local fees required by their country.
